CTE Vision
The Temecula Valley Unified School District CTE Vision, in accordance with the Every Student Succeed Act , is for all students to become college and career ready with support from family, educators, community and industry partners.

 

CTE Mission
The Temecula ValleyUnified School District CTE Mission is to develop educational and informed career opportunities for all students by teaching state-of-the-art industry skills that combine academic knowledge and hands-on technical training.

Temecula Valley Unified School District CTE Program
The Temecula Valley Unified School District CTE Program prepares all students for College and Career Readiness.  Our CTE courses provide students with access to career pathways, student internships, career exploration activities, leadership skills, and college planning tools.

Temecula Valley Unified School District CTE students take industry relevant classes connecting academics to real-world technical training.  Their credentialed teachers teach state approved curriculum and become the life-line for students who are choosing careers and post-secondary education options.

 

TVUSD CTE programs prepare students for many of the industry sectors in our economy, including those requiring university and trade school preparation as well as entry level on the job training.  In keeping with the TVUSD mission of
High Quality Teaching and Learning for All,” 
CTE prepares students for post-secondary education, the military, the workforce, and life as it teaches the standards for career ready practice.
